Free Shipping

All orders to countries we currently ship to are delivered free of charge. There are no additional shipping costs associated with your order.

Order Tracking

Lost or Missing Packages

Change of Delivery Address

If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing the order or before the cut-off time via email at support@grumpypeanutpet.com.

Not at Home

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the shipping company will either make another delivery attempt or leave the package at a nearby pickup location. You will receive a notification with instructions on where and when you can collect your package.

Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused upon delivery, the costs associated with returning and processing the goods will be charged to you.
